REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Peptoria, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date and provide clear photo documentation of:

• The shipping package
• The product(s) received
• Any visible damage

Claims submitted without photo documentation or more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement consideration.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. Peptoria is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
