Orders are moved to processing once payment has been received and verified.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt, excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Peptoria is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, or other circumstances outside of our control once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo documentation of the package and contents.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
